the Kelmann family.
Kelmann Homes is a division of Kelmann Restoration, where we restore properties damaged by fire, water, storms and more. Kelmann was founded in 1973 by high school best friends Jerry Kelly and Dick Niggemann. Today, the company is run by Jerry’s son, Tom (with frequent office visits from his family) and a team of professionals who are committed to protecting the families and properties of southeast Wisconsin.
